We are located at 2281 Dundas St. West just steps south of Bloor St. West and the Dundas West Subway Station in Toronto, Canada. We’re north of Roncesvalles Avenue, with its village atmosphere complete with unique shops and cafes. High Park is a short walk away to the west of us and scenic Lake Ontario is nearby to the south.

We invite you to join us at our beautiful Bikram Yoga studio in the High Park/Roncesvalles Ave neighbourhood (Toronto southwest).

All of our instructors are Bikram Certified.

All classes are 'drop in'. Just come to a class, there's no need to pre-register.   See below for our schedule, location, rates, and other great deals. All classes are suitable for beginners: No prior experience is necessary.

Please come and do class with us. Be sure to bring:

· a big towel to put on your mat, and possibly another for your shower after class,

· a bottle of water, or buy one at the studio,

· a yoga mat, which you can also buy or rent at the studio.

If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it. We have mats both for sale and rent. Students are encouraged to have their own. We also have a variety of yoga mat bags to help you carry and protect your mat to class.

And YES, we have nice clean showers so you can freshen up after class!

• We still have some excellent mats from Yoga Direct and Halfmoon, including some extra long models for the tall folks. Added to our regular mats and our towel mats (with NEW Colours), we have a mat for everyone.
• 30 Day Challenge details:
1. Do 30 classes in 30 days at Active Yoga.
2. If you miss a day, you can double up and do 2 another day.
3. If you currently have a 12 Class Pass, buy a 1 Month Unlimited for the Challenge, we’ll put the 12 CP on hold to use later.
4. All classes must be taken at Active Yoga.
5. When you have completed your challenge, see us about your discount and save $$$ on your next 1 to 3 month duration pass.
• We have a 1 year pass which is a great deal. The cost per month works out to about the same as the new student discounts!

1. 1 year unlimited for $1450 (equal to just $120.83/month). Due to this substantial discount, this pass is not subject to further discounts.
2. Above price includes GST.

• Our New Student package is now as follows:
1. Welcome to our special Introductory Week.
2. For just $30 new students now get unlimited classes for your first week. For example, if you start on a Monday, you have until the next Monday, so try 8 days of Bikram yoga for a bargain price.
3. Be sure to purchase your first longer package*, such as the 1- or 3-Month Unlimited or the 12 Class Pass during that Intro Week, and you also get 25% off the regular prices (except 1 Year pass).
4. * - Please note: The new 1 Year pass is excluded from this and all other discounts
5. These purchases MUST be made during the Intro Week. No exceptions or extensions, please.
6. Of course, this offer ($30 and 25%) applies only to students who are new to Active Yoga, and can not be combined with any other discounts.
• Holders of the Toronto Vegetarian Association (TVA) ‘Discount Card’ are now entitled to a 10% discount on yoga classes, except for the Intro Week $30 package and the 1 year package. Another great reason to support TVA!
• Remember: mat storage is available for a limited number of personal yoga mats. The cost is $10/Month or $25 for 3 months. Ask at the studio for details. We have a spot for you if you act fast.

FAQ

• A common question is ’How often should I attend?’ We recommend 3 times a week or more, if you can find the time. With an ‘Unlimited’ pass, classes can cost less than $5 each if you attend frequently!
• Bikram Yoga will help with your other sports and activities, and the stress of a busy life. The busier you are, the more you need Active Yoga!
• If you have back, knee, or other health problems, Bikram Yoga can be a great way to strengthen and improve. For more information, please go to http://www.bikramyoga.com/ and follow the link to testimonials.
• Our studio has plenty of ventilation, with fresh air brought in through a HEPA filter heat exchanger system. Do a class, have a nice shower, and head outside feeling refreshed, invigorated, and ready for the world.
